Refund policy
You are entitled to cancel this contract without providing any justification within a 14-day period starting from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier specified by you, took possession of the items.
To exercise your cancellation rights, you must inform us of your decision through a clear and unequivocal communication (such as a letter or email sent by mail). Address your cancellation notice to:

If you opt to send your cancellation notice via email, it should be directed to: service@myFloraScan.com. To adhere to the cancellation period, it suffices to dispatch your notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the revocation period concludes.
Upon canceling this contract, we will reimburse all payments made by you, including delivery charges, promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received your cancellation notification. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless an alternative arrangement is expressly agreed upon with you. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees for this reimbursement.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have either received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You are required to return the goods to myFloraScan immediately, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your cancellation. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period expires.
You will be responsible for covering the direct costs associated with returning the goods.
For goods that are delivered sealed and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of cancellation does not apply if the goods have been unsealed after delivery.
Thus, please ensure that the items remain sealed if you anticipate any need for future returns to avoid forfeiting your right to cancel.
